Press Release - October 2025

At the POLLUTEC trade fair, BAYARD® announced the official launch of the Aquaterris Alliance, a ground-breaking local corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiative aimed at strengthening collaboration between water and regional players.

Spearheaded by BAYARD®, this alliance, which is set to expand, now unites several committed local companies - BOISSON, COPHIMEC and FONTREY - around a common ambition: to act collectively for sustainable management of water, climate and safety.

A collective approach for a sustainable future

In line with its commitment to sustainable water and land management, BAYARD®wanted to go further by initiating a collective CSR approach on a regional scale.

After an initial series of visits and exchanges with three local partner companies, the company is taking a new step with the creation of AquaTerris, a territorial CSR alliance officially launched on Tuesday 7 October 2025 at the Pollutec international trade fair.

The aim is to bring together a community of players committed to accelerating the environmental transition through :

  • Sharing best practice,
  • Pooling methodological tools,
  • Creating a community of players committed to water, climate and safety.

First concrete actions from 2025

From the outset, AquaTerris has been part of a dynamic of action. The first initiatives are already underway:

  • Joint training courses on CSR and environmental transition,
  • Collaborative work on carbon footprints,
  • A shared objective: controlling our environmental impact.

This dynamic will also include targeted actions on water consumption, to promote more efficient and responsible management, and on safety at work, which is essential to protect employees and ensure sustainable practices.

A shared vision to serve the region

With AquaTerris, BAYARD®reaffirms its role as a driving force in the sustainable transformation of the region.

This alliance embodies a shared desire to go beyond individual commitments, to build a collective dynamic based on cooperation, innovation and the sharing of experience.

By uniting local businesses around concrete, measurable objectives, AquaTerris aims to enhance the region's environmental and social performance, while contributing to more sustainable management of water and resources.
