French industrial actor BAYARD is acquiring Calasys, a technical and digital solutions integrator, with the aim of offering an enriched and integrated range of services to support the environmental transition and improve resource conservation management.
Faced with the major environmental and digital transformations of our time and to meet changing market needs, the two companies BAYARD and Calasys announce their mutual decision to join forces to nurture and accelerate their strategic roadmaps, based on shared values and commitments.
A strategic partnership project for BAYARD and Calasys
The acquisition project, which has been underway for several months, is in line with the strategic objectives of both companies, with the aim of benefiting from the strengths and assets of their new partner by mutually enriching their expertise.
More specifically, the alliance with Calasys will enable BAYARD to acquire an innovative partner to broaden its value proposition with intelligent products and solutions based on the use of data, in order to better meet the industrial and operational needs of its customers.
At the same time, the planned merger will provide Calasys with a growth driver capable of accelerating the development of its offerings thanks to BAYARD's network and sales force.
Through this new alliance, the two companies aim to develop new and expanded offerings in France and internationally, ranging from industrial design to intelligent monitoring, to help improve management of resource conservation (water, gas, etc.).
