- Knowledge of hydraulic valve operation (Control Valves - Basic Principles recommended)
Tools and methodology
- Multiple choice assessment (pre/post training)
- Individual training materials: 10% theory; 90% practical
Maximum group size: 4 participants
Objectives and Programme
Objectives, skills and competencies
- Applying the knowledge acquired during the control valves training directly on the client's site
- Identifying the control valves present on the network
- Carrying out water start-ups in real conditions, safely
- Performing maintenance operations safely and in accordance with field best practices

Theoretical section
- Review of the functions of control valves
- installed on your network
Practical section
- Carrying out assisted maintenance on pre-selected equipment
- Intervention directly on site, under the supervision of a BAYARD® expert
Please note
All handling is carried out on the client's network within the limits of safety conditions (safety measures, protective equipment, marking, network risks).
A network shutdown may be required.
The choice of equipment to be dismantled must be validated with BAYARD® before the training.
The necessary information (model, DN, year of manufacture, etc.) must be provided in advance in order to prepare the appropriate spare parts.
