  • Knowledge of hydraulic valve operation (Control Valves - Basic Principles recommended)

Tools and methodology

  • Multiple choice assessment (pre/post training)
  • Individual training materials: 10% theory; 90% practical

  • Applying the knowledge acquired during the control valves training directly on the client's site
  • Identifying the control valves present on the network
  • Carrying out water start-ups in real conditions, safely
  • Performing maintenance operations safely and in accordance with field best practices

  • Review of the functions of control valves
  • installed on your network

Practical section

  • Carrying out assisted maintenance on pre-selected equipment
  • Intervention directly on site, under the supervision of a BAYARD® expert

Please note

All handling is carried out on the client's network within the limits of safety conditions (safety measures, protective equipment, marking, network risks).

A network shutdown may be required.

The choice of equipment to be dismantled must be validated with BAYARD® before the training.

The necessary information (model, DN, year of manufacture, etc.) must be provided in advance in order to prepare the appropriate spare parts.
