Introduction and Objectives
The Expert training is aimed at professionals already experienced in hydraulic regulation who have completed Advanced training (or who have equivalent skills).
It provides advanced mastery of sizing, adjustments and pressure modulation in water distribution networks.
Objectives, skills and competencies
Upon completion of this training, participants will be able to:
- Understand and master advanced pressure regulator sizing
- Carry out and optimise precise adjustments of control valves
- Understand the different types of pressure modulation
- Apply the appropriate modulation to the network configuration
- Choose the most effective modulation according to network topology
- Manage and adjust pressure according to network requirements

- Advanced sizing of control valves
- Use of HYDROSIZE software (calculation rule + sizing logic)
- Control valve adjustments and optimisation
- Analysis of different types of pressure modulation
Practical section
Simulation of equipment adjustment and pressure modulation:
