Introduction and objectives
This advanced training course is aimed at network technicians, installers, engineering offices and project managers who wish to deepen their knowledge of hydraulic regulation in water distribution networks. It provides advanced expertise in the diagnosis, maintenance and adjustment of control valve systems.
Objectives, skills and competencies
- Carrying out maintenance on air release valves associated with control valves
- Differentiating and interpreting the operation of pressure, flow and reservoir filling control valves
- Understanding the behaviour of multifunctional devices with multiple pilots
- Carrying out preventive and corrective maintenance on control valves, including commissioning and recommissioning
- Establishing an accurate diagnosis of control valve malfunctions
