Tilting disc Check valve – Serie B6 30

Tilting disc check valve, with counter-weight

Tilting disc check valve ensures the protection of pumps or of parts of networks against flow inversion.

Applications :

  • Pumping stations for drinking water distribution and irrigation (filtered water).
  • Drinking and irrigation networks (filtered water).
  • Fire protection networks

Product benefits :

  • Low head loss.
  • Low differential opening.
  • Low operating torque – Thanks to the double eccentric design, ensuring also a low wear and tear of the disc seal
  • Maximum crossing section reached by a two-part shaft
  • Self-lubricating bearings.
  • Protection against corrosion – Brought by the choice of stainless steel for the shafts, the body seat and the disc seat
  • Possible mounting of the lever on both sides of the check valve.
  • Changes the orientation of the lever arm to influence the opening or closing of the disc (depending on the position of the check valve).
  • Adjust the sensitivity of the disc when opening or closing.

Range :

  • DN 150 to 600 PFA 10, 16, 25.
  • DN 700 to 1400 PFA 10, 16.

Technical data :

  • Face-to-face dimensions according to standards EN 558-1 series 14 (except for DN 1100) and ISO 5752 series 14(except for DN 1100).
  • Flanges drilled ISO PN according to PFA (standards EN 1092-2 and ISO 7005-2)
  • Working temperature : +10°C to +80°C
  • Sealing: rate 1 according to standard DIN 3230-BN.

Norms and certifications :

  • ACS

Alternatives and options :

  • EPDM or VITON gaskets.
  • PFA 40.
  • Limit switch.
  • Protective guard.
  • DN greater than 1400.
  • Check valve with damping device
